This is for new puppies, old puppies, and all the pets in between. I will guide your pet through a (often treat-filled) photography session tailored to their needs to bring out their perfect selves. Your friend doesn’t need to be leash-less or trick-trained to have their session here - we have all the tools we need to create the perfect art piece, no matter their situation.

In addition to photographing your pet alone, you can also have portraits taken together. This is one of our core services at Sweet Camellia Photography - after all, it’s your relationship together that defines your life together. This style of portrait session captures all of the love between you and your fur baby, and can include images of them solo as well as alongside their favorite person (you).

Your Photography Experience

1. Inquiry & Initial Chat

To take the exciting leap and book your pet’s session, the first thing to do is to reach out through the contact page here. You can expect a phone call from us to chat more about yourself, your pet, and your vision, and give you a recommendation for the services and products that will best suit your needs. At that time, we’ll get your session on the books with your session fee, and get to work on creating something special for you and your furbaby.
2. Your Styling and Planning Consultation

A week or two before your session, we’ll meet to discuss your image goals, plan out the details of your session, and get all of your questions answered to create the best session experience possible. We’ll talk lots about your furbaby, your bond, and what’s most important to you in enjoying your memories and images together.
3. Your Session Day!

The day is here! At this time, we will meet at your perfect session location and work at your pet’s pace until we have captured the emotions, moments, and meaningful details most integral to your bond. Your session will usually last between one to two hours depending on your dog or cat, the session, and the location. Then you’ll get your virtual Ordering Appointment time on the calendar, and the day is done! You and your best friend get to go home and relax while we get to work on your images.
4. Your Ordering Appointment

This exciting appointment is your chance to purchase your favorite memories and artwork from your session! From a custom photo album to commemorate you pup’s favorite activities, to wall portraits as sweet and grand as your love for them, and more, this is your opportunity to see and choose everything that you love from your furbaby’s portraits.
I will be there with you through the entire appointment to help assist you in the selection process - guiding you through your product and design requests, giving recommendations, and answering your questions.
5. Artwork Delivery

After you select and purchase all the artwork your home and heart desire, all that is left is to wait for your special delivery! We will design, order, and hand-deliver your finished products to your home, as well as send you a final gallery of any matching digital files from your artwork.
When this big day arrives, you’ll get to relive the moments and details of your session all over again - this time with your portraits in-hand for you to enjoy in the years to come.
